Hi ’m Njideka O. Wiggins. I write toward what has been lost. I am a recoverist and a discoverist--a storyteller drawn to the places where memory frays, histories disappear, names go unspoken and stories are left unfinished. I write to recover what was forgotten, discover what was obcured and give language to what was silenced, erased or rendered unknowable.
